01Who we are

Ticmark Properties is a real estate marketing agency based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through this website.

02Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name and phone or WhatsApp number
• your email address, if you choose to give it
• the project you are interested in and what you asked for, such as project details, pricing or a site visit
• your preferred visit day and time, if you request a visit
• any message you write

We also record the page you sent the enquiry from, campaign details contained in the link you followed (for example utm parameters), and the time of submission. To protect the form from automated abuse, we store a one way code derived from your connection details rather than your IP address itself.

03How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and share the project information you asked for
• to arrange and confirm site visits
• to understand which pages and campaigns help people find the projects they are looking for

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to respond to you:

• with the developer or authorised sales representatives of the project you asked about, so they can respond to your request
• with service providers that host this website, store enquiries or deliver notifications to our team, under appropriate safeguards

05Third party services

Some features connect to services run by other companies, and only when you use them:

• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us
• Instagram and Facebook, when you open or show one of our posts
• Google Maps, which loads only when you choose to show a map

If analytics are enabled on this site, they measure visits and actions such as opening the enquiry form. They do not receive your name, phone number, email or message.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, then delete them.

07Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@ticmarkproperties.com.

08Security

Enquiries are stored on secured systems, and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
